post pics in avatar

how do i get a bigger pic from stupidmotors to my avatar,i already have a pic but i want it bigger and it keeps saying invaled file but i know it not invalid cause im lookin directly at it

Members are limited to 120x120 pic in their avatars & 150x150 in their profile Pics..

The Mods get a 150x150 pic in their avatar
& the Admins get 200x200 Pics I did it like that so people can instantly notice who the Big shots ( Pun intended ) are by the size of their pics :D
