It looks kinda crooked in the second pic but its not.Must be the angle.

They are 100w lights.I think 6" diameter.Yes you are right it would look much better with a skidplate.Im going to make one later today or tommorrow.I figured id better build a couple bumpers and other small things before i tackle the cab cage on the f-150.Overall im happy with it.

yes a big silver or diamond plate skid would make it look better and hide that whimpy axle

BTW,I must say im getting pretty addicted to this fabbing thing.Im afraid of what ill make next!:17: But yeah to build that bumper only cost me about $40 in steel!What a deal!Considering aftermarket ones are $300 plus.I just need to get better at it.More practice.

hey man the only way to learn is do it yourself. I built the skid plate on my quad. and it turned out fine. and after your done just think about how you'll fell knowing that you did it and not some illegal alien working for 1 dollar an hour

I've got a grille guard on is way, but I'm actually getting more and more turned on to the prerunner look.

Wow, that's a good question.

I was born in West Suburban Chicago, IL (1985).
I moved to Fresno,CA around age 7 (1992)
I moved back to West Suburban Chicago,IL when I was 13 (1998)
I moved to Santa Rosa, CA when I was 15 (2000)
I moved to Denver, CO when I was 16 (2001)
I moved back to a different part of Santa Rosa, CA when I was 17 (2002)
I moved out and down here to Riverside about 8-9 months ago.

The place that feels MOST like home is the Bay Area. And yes, that was 4 different highschools. It was certainly interesting growing up never knowing where I was going to live next year... we almost lived a couple places in Oregon, San Diego, Texas, and SLC.

As for the exploder clips... I don't especially like them or dislik them. I think the front-end looks too long on them though.
