Ok so i get sprint back in September. And I sign up for automatic bill paying. So it works for 2 or 3 months and then it suddenly stops. Well today i get a call saying that my bill hasnt been paid and i owe them 200$ and i was like whoa i have automatic bill payment and they look and sure enough i do. Well the payment is suppose to come out on the 4th of each month well on the 13th supposable my card was rejected for the 200$. Well the talk to this lady who cant speak a lick of english and i started getting mad so i just hung up on her and called back and got some guy on the phone. Well we talk for a while and he tells me whats going on and says that my bill should have been paid on the 4th ok I knew that. So my thinking is since they didnt even try to take the money out until 9 days later then calling me another 11 days later i shouldnt have to pay my bill. What do you think?

The whole point of the auto pay is so you dont even have to think about it!
You just make sure to maintain enough money in your account & they do the rest for you.
FYI Sprint / Nextel Pissed me off too.
I hate my current phone, Its got lots of issues....
So I figured I get a new one & so I was looking on line at the Smart phone/PDA's they offer & I decided on a blackberry that had a $150.00 discount.
so after going through all the bull crap they at the end tell me "Oh, we cant give you that $150.00 discount. We can only give you a $75.00 discount."
I said :WTF: :joe2[1]: Then I was told if I waited until July I could get the $150.00 discount. :joe2[1]: :joe2[1]:
I told them I dont wanna wait till july I need a new phone now!
At this point I told them they lost a customer & today I just switched over to verizon. :)

Did you have to pay the cancelation fee? and how much was it?

Cancellation fee: No I'm way past my yearly contract. :)
& I will have the Same Phone# transfered. :cheers:

yeah i'm going to have to pay a cancelation fee thats the only bad part but i think in the long run it will be worth it.
and i'm calling back tomorrow to tell them i'm not paying for their mistake
