Five months and i finely got it going again!! Picked up a 208 for $100 put it in changed fluid and now I'm back on the road or should i say in the mud, but not before i had a rear u-joint issue, I have had the truck 1yr before blown t-case, used as a D/D weekend mudder with no jount problems. I go to put shaft in after i instelled new t-case no problems i test drive up/down road, pulling in driveway i here click click so i back-up here the clicks again, so i get out to look the rear shaft fell out. This where i issue starts, took shaft and broken jount to have a new one pressed in go pick it up putting it in i notice its not seating right in the rear yoke the joint cap was not fitting, at this point I'm pissed i just want to drive i take it back to the auto parts store, they bring out my old joint its the same as what they put in, now I'm like what the fu*k!!! They say i need a 10bolt u-joint but i have a 12bolt in the truck needless to say the 10bolt one worked. The thing that confuses me why did the shaft not break before now?

Isn't there supposed to be a kicker brace from the T case up to the bell housing or engine mount?
that is probably why the case broke. I would imagine the truck was a hoppin and jumpin. Bet that was ride.
