I know eathlink use to some how offer you some sort of page you can create..
I'd like to start practicing on creating another site for a friend & wanted to just have a place to work on different set up's & where he can go take a look as I change things..
you can build one for free in Yahoo. Get a free Yahoo acount. sign in and there is a link ( I believe on the left of the page ) that will walk you threw it.
