This Sunday I'm heading out to Dove Springs in the Mojave Desert area with at least 10 others and maybe 4 more. The 10 are confirmed yes's. If anyone would like to come ride with us let me know. We usually take a cool trail trip from Dove Springs to the Jawbone Store then head back another way to Dove Springs. Always stopping for some big hill climbs and/or jumps for those that like jumping. If anyone's interested let me know and I can PM our meeting place and time. P.S. we have from the fairly not so great riders up to the I can do anything riders and most of us are in between and just like to go hang out on the trails and have fun.

Well, we went and it was awesome. Whether was 37* in AM (8) and warmed up to around 50*. Rode about 60 miles according to one of the riders ODO. We had a guy riding for the 1st time on his new 250 and he was having a little trouble at 1st, then started to get comfy with it. Not too much dust as the rain yesterday and Friday helped a lot. Was very fast and myself and about 3 others would just fly and then go around 3-4 miles or so and stop and wait for everyone to catch up. Had a great time and can't wait to go again. Of course I'm already sore so I can only imagine what I will feel like tomorrow. I hate getting old and thinking I'm still young. I have no PICS as it's too hard to ride and snap pics, and I didn't bring my camera. Hope some of you can go next time.

I know that feeling. That's why I'm trying to go as much as I can while I'm still phsically able to. I know riding the way I do (crazy fast) isn't going to last too much longer. I can't believe how expensive everything is for a bike now-a-days. Just to change the oil is like $35.00 for the filters and oil. I will keep you posted as to when we are heading out again. Hopefully you can make it out with us. BTW, what do you ride?

So does that mean you can make it out here for a ride sometime?
