I am putting my bronco up for sale. I have had it for almost 3 years and have put a lot of work into it but looking for something with better gas mileage.

This bronco has been fully caged from front to rear with 10 points to the frame. Everything has been done in the interior
-Aluminum dash
-Autometer ProComp gauges
-Suspension bucket seats including rear bench
-Racing harnesses
-B&M shifter
-Aluminum door panels and rear panels
-Bedliner in back with insulation and carpet over it
-Vintage Air heater and defroster
-400 Watt stereo with 4 speakers a 12" sub and amp
-Uniden CB radio

All paint and body work has been done. New paint by Earl Sheib 2 years ago. The suspension has all been done and works very well.
-Deaver 6" 11 leaf rear springs
-Procomp monotube gas shocks
-New driveshaft
-Deaver 6" front coil springs
-Dual procomp ES9000 15" travel shocks on custom hoops
-Custom made extended radius arms with 1 1/4" heim ends
-Extended track bar with heim end
-Full engine cage

All exterior work is finished nicely.
-New mirriors on both sides
-Custom prerunner rear bumper with spare tire carrier
-Custom prerunner front bumper with polished aluminum skid plate and 2-8" lights
-Tubular rock sliders that have prevented any rocker damage

Drivetrain is pretty much stock, but have receipts for a engine and trans rebuilt around 50000 miles ago. Passes smog just fine.
-Magnaflow 3" exhaust after cat
-pretty much new 35x12.50-15 Goodyear Mtr's (probably 900 miles)
-5 15x10 Mickey Thompson Classic II wheels

This bronco is nice and it is almost making me sad to trade it but I want something newer. Handles very good, suspension works great. I am open to trades for either a 92-96 FSB or F150 Extra cab, might consider a nice ranger. Asking 9000 OBO

what is your mpg now?? i can't imagine gaining enough difference in mpg by switching to a new fsb or f150 for it to be worth it to part with that awesome bronco you have built

YEAH! :hesaid:
That makes NO sence to me! :nono:

Admit it dude!
Your just bored & want something else..
IF you wanted a 4cylinder Ranger or some Small economy car then I might believe it's the high cost of fuel...
But to swap for a FSB ?

It will be at least 2 mpg more but I want TTB for long travel and comforts of a newer FSB

Rangers up to 94 or 95 came with TTB's then they went to the Torsion bar crap...

the Ranger Driveline, Power Plant are 99.9% identical to the BII

If you do get a ranger, dont get anything less than the 4.0.The only engine worth a **** IMO.The 3.0 is ok,but youll want a 4.0 in the long run...2.9 just sucks all around. No power and unreliable.
