i kinda hurt my hand this weekend. part of it is slightly swolen and still sore from Sat morning....and if i put it in the right position it sends pains all through my arm. kinda hit something when trying to knock a piece a metal off the frame...hands dont work very well when a hammer should be used.

it was almost completly ground off...just like a milimeter of it was left holding it on. Chris was using the hammer and i tried knocking it with my hand...well that milimeter piece of steel was strong as hell...or maybe it was a bit thicker and only looked like 1mm from the angle i was at
