Spare tire carrier (redisigned)

Well my spare carrier broke again, so this time I wnet all out and designed something to put upwith jumping and woops. Should work pretty good.

It will be a strap type hold down which should the tire tighter also with out any noises

Got it finished today. Works great as the tire doesn't even move. Will take better pics tomorrow
