Centurion C350

I figured I might as well start a Project Thread for this rig as well.

So some of these pic' at the start have been posted already in another thread.
But this will be the place for up-dates from this point on. :16:

I pick this up yesterday. :)

After heading out to the desert to Camp with TWW'ian "CouchSlouch" a couple of weeks ago I decided to sell the dually & buy something more suited to my liftstyle & a the Low Rider dually did'nt fit.

This truck seems to run perfect!
& is in GREAT condition!

Its not perfect though, theres a few flaws.

Heres what the Odometer showed when I bought.
http://www.supermotors.net/getfile/7...e/img_6631.jpg

I bought this thing for Towing & Camping & some light wheeling while out camping & such. ;)
& as for Camping my plan was to sleep in the back & here's how the Centurions were sold. :7:
http://www.supermotors.net/getfile/7...e/img_6633.jpg
The 3rd row seat folds flat into a small bed & the front seat folds down just like a Bronco.
http://www.supermotors.net/getfile/7...e/img_6635.jpg

Looks like I wont have to remove the 3rd row seat as I figured I'd end up doing.

Looks like I'll be needing tires pretty soon.

I dont know if Centurion ran out of C badges  & didn't care being they were shutting down the FDB builds in '97

Truck looks great, well except for that chin spoiler and running boards. Just doesn't look right.

So since this is a build thread what's the actual build plans?

Well being that the tires are pretty much shot, I'm gonna get new or a set of used tires.
http://www.supermotors.net/getfile/7...e/img_6637.jpg
But I'm considering a very minimal lift so I can fit the next size up tire without having to change gears.

now that you have 6 or is it 7 vehicles; will this new addition divert you from the samurai?

when's the last time that thing hit the dirt?

The centurion use to see dirt daily with its last owner.
& the Sammy has not been in the dirt since Jan, '08.

I'm just waiting for my Buddy to help me work on it like he said he would. :playnice:

Blanco 05-09-2009 06:13 PM

I'm gonna try to polish out the scuff marks at each wheel well.

Being I plan to run bigger tires, It was only a matter of time before they had to come off.

RocZuk 05-13-2009 07:07 AM

Blanco 05-23-2009 10:03 PM

I mounted my new/used tires today.
Only paid $120.00 for them..
I had to go to OceanSide to buy them, & then drove over to Fantellis shop ( about 1/2 hour from there. ) & he swapped them for me for free. :D

& We did have to cut a wee bit off the front bumper to clear the tires..
But I like the new look.

RocZuk 05-24-2009 09:32 PM

Blanco 05-24-2009 10:39 PM

Just a wee bit.. :)

crawler 05-25-2009 12:45 AM
